About project

IntwayFunds is an automatic buy/sell share merchant owned by Intway World Corporation. Corporation provides managing companies with the opportunity to automatize the buy/sell process of shares, and registration of the shares of mutual trust funds.

Process of creation of a new Mutual trust fund

1. Managing company submits application for fund registration.
2. Application is reviewed by the Commission, which includes representatives of Depositary, Registrar and Auditor. In case the application is approved by the Commission, a new fund is registered in the system.
3. Managing company transfers 100% of the nominal capital to the personal account opened by Intway World Corporation.
4. For those funds, which trade on the US stock market, Intway World Corporation offers direct stock platform for real-time trading.
5. Managing company transfers up to 90% of capital to the stock trading account and starts forming fund portfolio.

Fund management process

• Managing company forms portfolio according to the announced investment declaration
• Managing company guarantees 100% liquidity due to obligatory permanent reserve of cash on personal Intway account for re-purchase of shares
• Auditor regularly checks Fund assets
• Registrar provides registration of transactions

How is the cost of shares calculated?

The cost of shares is calculated automatically according to the changes of the market value of stocks and other securities in the portfolio of the Mutual trust fund.

IntwayFunds commissions

• 3% — commission for buy or sell transaction
• 5–15% — annual remuneration of managing company
• 5% — annual remuneration of Registrar, Depositor and Auditor
